STOCK AVAILABILITY AND ORDER FULFILMENT

As we prepare for our relocation to our new boutique in Claremont, Western Australia, select styles offered online may have limited availability due to relocation sale activity. In some instances, items may sell out prior to order fulfilment.

In the event that an item from your order is unavailable, we will notify you and process a refund within two (2) business days to your original payment method. Where an order was placed using store credit or a gift card, the refunded amount will be reissued as a new store credit or returned to the original gift card. Any remaining balance will be visible in your customer account.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

By placing an order for any goods or services on the Website the Customer is offering to make the purchase on and subject to these Terms. Each order the Customer places will be a separate and binding agreement between you and Miss Henry Boutique with respect to the supply of the goods in accordance with these Terms.

You must provide Miss Henry Boutique with complete and accurate details when making a purchase. Miss Henry Boutique is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the Customer. Once the parcel leaves the warehouse, Miss Henry Boutique is not liable for any errors made by a third-party carrier company.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will try to help. As our team is constantly processing orders, sometimes we may be unable to edit your order as it may already have been processed. By immediately contacting hq@misshenryboutique.com with your order number and description of your issue is the best way to resolve it.

We always recommend contacting our Customer Experience team via email at hq@misshenryboutique.com before you purchase, if you have any questions about sizing as it may vary depending on the brand. 

ONLINE + IN STORE RETURN POLICY

At Miss Henry we accept returns and can offer a store credit or exchange of size/colour/style. We do not offer refunds unless item is deemed as faulty.

We are happy to exchange your order if you meet the following requirements:

  1. Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your item/s by email to admin@misshenryboutique.com . Once approved via return email, please post the item/s back in the post within 5 days, otherwise your return will not be accepted. By sending through your tracking information to hq@misshenryboutique.com we are able to monitor postage delays.
  2. Customer must pay for return postage.
  3. For exchanges of size or colour, please notify us by email to hq@misshenryboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your item/s. Our team will return email detailing the options available to you and liaise with you to reach a desired outcome.
  4. For faulty items returns, please see FAULTY ITEMS section below.
  5. We do not offer refunds to original payment method unless the item is faulty and we no longer have that item.
  6. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  7. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. 


*Please note that personalised items, gift cards, perfumes, earrings, hair pieces, hats, lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. If your item has been purchased in Australia from Miss Henry Boutique, you are bound by our care instructions, regardless of where else these care instructions have been published.
  2. As a rule, we expect you to hand-wash your items or get them professionally dry-cleaned as they are made of delicate materials.
  3. If you believe your item is faulty, you will need to provide a description of how you have cared for you item.
  4. Any guarantees are voided if the item is washed in a washing machine or been put through a dryer.
  5. We will not accept faulty returns if it is clear that the item has been washed in a washing machine, been put through a dryer, or washed with a harsh soap or worn.

FAULTY ITEMS

Our items come with guarantees that fall under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault providing that the manufacturer is at fault and the garment has been well cared for. You are also entitled to have the items repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality. If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. You must email HQ@misshenryboutique.com to notify Miss Henry Boutique of the fault.
  2. You must provide details of the fault, including photographs.
  3. Our team will instruct you on how to proceed. This may include going into the store or sending the item back to us through the post.
  4. Refunds will only be offered on faulty items once tested and assessed by our team. If we believe that you have not adhered to the care instructions or are making a false claim with regards to your item, a refund will not be issued.
  5. For items with minor faults, Miss Henry Boutique reserves the right to offer store credit, exchange, repair (free of charge) or refund in a reasonable time frame.

SALE AND SAMPLE ITEMS

Items listed as Sale or Sample are not eligible for returns or exchanges when purchased in store or online. All sales of this nature are final.

Kindly be advised that items marked as "final sale" may have discounts attributed to factors such as the age of the product, faults, or damage. Should you have inquiries regarding the condition of these garments, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Upon acceptance of our Terms and Conditions during the checkout process, returns for goods purchased under the "Final Sale" category cannot be accommodated.

FINAL SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All items offered on this promotion are sold as-is and are a “Final Sale”. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
  2. Final Sale offer is valid for a limited time only, while supplies last at www.misshenryboutique.com
  3. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for price adjustments on prior purchases.
  4. Product prices already reflect the discount. No code necessary. 
  5. Adding to your cart or receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee availability.
  6. In the case an item is out of stock after receiving an order confirmation, a full refund will be issued for the item.
  7. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
  8. Miss Henry Boutique reserves to terminate this promotion at any time.
  9. Shipping is $20 for all Final Sale Orders.

RETURNS OF FINAL SALE

  1. Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of refund, store credit or exchange.
  2. In the event you return a FINAL SALE item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our FINAL SALE Terms & Conditions.

GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on gift card purchases or store credits. Gift cards and store credits cannot be extended or accepted past the listed or agreed to expiration date. If a gift card is reported lost, stolen or missing, it will be blacklisted and deactivated immediately.

CORRECTION OF ERRORS

Content on this website could contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights relating to a product description, product image, price, promotion, special offer or availability. We reserve the right to amend any typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights and to correct or update content or cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Please note that this also applies to orders that have been submitted.

ACCURACY

When placing information onto our website, we will take reasonable care in ensuring that all details, prices, product images and descriptions displayed are correct at the time. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, images and information displayed on this site, we are not responsible for any error and reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, image or the product description posted on this Online content, or an error in your order. We cannot guarantee that the product images are an exact representation of the actual products.

Products with prints may vary and colour may differ slightly from photos due to lighting/monitor settings.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Miss Henry Boutique owns all content displayed on the Website except the publication of media and descriptions from designers within product listings. This includes the Website, database, content, images, logo, titles, names, illustrations, designs, marketing, graphics, text and images.

The Customer is permitted to download, view, copy and print content on the Website for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes only. Such content must not be modified or altered in any way. If you wish to copy, reproduce, alter, distribute, publish or use content on the Website in any manner other than as permitted under these Terms, you must have written consent from us. We may withhold such consent at our absolute discretion.

Miss Henry Boutique makes no representation or warranty to the Customer of any kind that the goods and services will not infringe on any intellectual property rights of a third party.
