Shipping policy
Our team carefully monitors and processes incoming orders, eager for you to get new gorgeous pieces onto your body.
Please fill out your name, contact details and address correctly so there are no delays in posting your order. If you need to change your details before we have sent your order, please let us know promptly so we can make the adjustments. If your order is already in transit you will need to contact the courier customer service team directly.
Shipping Prices:
- Australia Standard Shipping: $15 AUD
Orders over $299 AUD automatically receive FREE shipping. - Australia Express Shipping: $22 AUD
- International Shipping: $45 AUD
Order Processing and Dispatch:
Once your order is placed, our goal is to ship it within 2 business days. If you choose express shipping before 12pm, we aim to dispatch it the same afternoon; otherwise, it will be shipped the next day. Please note that confirmed orders cannot be canceled.

If you require your order by a specific time, please contact our team, and we will make every effort to dispatch your order promptly.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
- We DO NOT ship fragrances.
- No shipments on weekends, public holidays, or after hours.
Shipping Method and Signature Requirement:
All orders, both national and international, are shipped using Australia Post. To ensure the safety of your goods, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is present to claim your delivery, it will be sent to your nearest Collection Point. To find where your parcel had been dropped off, open the tracking link in your Order Confirmation Email sent by us. It will provide you with the address of the Post Office/Pick-Up Centre.
Tracking Information:
Your Australia Post tracking number will be provided in your Order Confirmation Email once your item is dispatched. Use the provided tracking link to monitor the delivery status and estimated arrival time.
Order Modifications and Inquiries:
Once your order is collected by our courier, changes or cancellations are not possible. For any inquiries, please contact Australia Post directly.
