Return Policy:
Our return policy allows for requests within 7 business days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Miss Henry offers exchanges and store credits only; sale items are not eligible. Refunds are not available unless the item is deemed faulty (approved once returned).
To start a return, you can contact us at hq@misshenryboutique.com with your request for exchange of item/size or a store credit. We will respond within 2 business day.
Once approved by our lovely team, please send back your order with your order slip inside so we can identify the returned good. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, we will process through your return request (exchange or store credit).
Kindly be advised that items marked as "final sale" may have discounts attributed to factors such as the age of the product, faults, or damage. Should you have inquiries regarding the condition of these garments, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Upon acceptance of our Terms and Conditions during the checkout process, returns for goods purchased under the "Final Sale" category cannot be accommodated.
Pre-Notification and Contact:
Returns must be pre-notified by customers. Unnotified parcels cannot be accepted at our facility. Contact our team regarding your order, item, and reason for return. If you prefer a store credit, please inform our team.
Full Price Damages and issues once received
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products that have any marks or damage from the receiver.
Store Credit Issuance:
Upon receiving your order, we aim to issue your store credit within 2 business days. Your store credit will be the value of your ordered items, excluding shipping costs.
Store Credit Details:
Your store credit will be valid for 6 months, emailed to your provided address. Please check your spam/junk inbox if needed. If you encounter difficulties, contact our team via email for assistance.
Store Credit Redemption:
Use the unique code (sent via email) at Checkout under 'Gift Voucher/Store Credit Code.' Once entered, the amount will be deducted from your total.
Exchange Process:
Contact our team regarding your order, item, and reason for return. For exchanges, please inform our team immediately to hold the item until your order is returned. Once received, we aim to process the exchange and deliver your new order within 2 business days.
In-Store Returns and Exchanges:
Full-priced items purchased in-store may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days, in the same condition with all tags and packaging. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
Faulty Items and Refunds:
In the event of a return due to faults, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that the processing time for the refund may take up to 5 business days, subject to the payment providers. You will promptly receive an email confirmation.
If a gift card was the initial form of payment, the card balance will be reinstated for future purchases.
